JOB TITLE: Machine Operators
LOCATION: Bayswater, Melbourne

AIO Contracting are seeking experienced machine operators and forklift drivers for across all shifts for a Melbourne based manufacturing business.

About the Role:

  • All shifts (day, afternoon and night) available
  • Machine operation
  • Forklift operation
  • Overhead crane
  • Manufacturing – rubber/polymer plastics products
  • Ongoing work
  • Immediate start

About You:

For the immediate position the ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Machine operating experience
  • Current forklift licence (desirable)
  • Overhead crane experience (desirable)
  • First aid certificate (desirable)
  • White Card (desirable)
  • Familiar with lean manufacturing processes
  • Capability to perform repetitive and manual tasks
  • Ability to meet production deadlines
  • Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills
  • Uncompromising attitude towards safety
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and with limited supervision
  • An excellent work ethic and willingness to learn
