TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT COURSES

RIIWHS302D IMPLEMENT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN

This course is designed to provide students with the skills, knowledge and qualifications required to implement traffic management plans (TMP) and traffic guidance schemes (TGS) on a worksite. The course will enable participants to apply a systematic approach to their work with training in planning, equipment check, select and set up a Traffic Guidance Scheme suitable to the worksite, set up and pack up of traffic signs and barriers and working knowledge of the OH&S and regulatory requirements.


COURSE OVERVIEW:

Students will be able to plan their work and check the equipment, select and implement a Traffic Guidance Scheme suitable to their site, set up and pack up traffic signs and barriers as well as being able to apply a working knowledge of the OH&S and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.

Students are required to have general good health and fitness and any pre-existing medical conditions that will affect the training must be disclosed prior to attending. Students are also required to provided closed toed shoes, all other PPE is provided by AIO.

All equipment required for training and assessment is provided by AIO. All material is supplied by AIO including trainees guide, workbook, resource materials, assessment paperwork and administrative documentation.

Training and assessment delivered on behalf of Go Workplace Training RTO 22464.


DURATION:

Approximately 8 hours of face-to-face training across one day


COURSE LOCATION:

Delivery of this course takes place at Hallam or Willamstown or on-site at your business by prior arrangement.

$400 per student
