COMBINED CONTROL TRAFFIC WITH STOP SLOW BAT RIIWHS205D AND IMPLEMENT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN RIIWHS302D

This course combines the two units of competency RIIWHS205D Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat and RIIWHS302D Implement Traffic Management Plan.


COURSE OVERVIEW:

By combining the two courses students will acquire the skills, knowledge and qualifications required to control traffic on a worksite using a stop/slow bat and implement Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes. The course will enable students to apply a systematic approach to their work with training in planning, equipment check, selection and implementation of Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes, set up and pack up of traffic signs and barriers, plus working knowledge of the OH&S and regulatory requirements.

AIO will provide students with all the equipment and materials required. Students ae required to provide closed toed shoes, all other PPE required will be supplied by AIO. All material is supplied including trainees guide, workbook, resource materials, assessment paperwork and administrative documentation.

This course requires students to complete pre-reading and written work, prior to attendance.

Training and assessment delivered on behalf of Go Workplace Training RTO 22464.


DURATION:

Depending on class size it will be approximately 8 hours of face-to-face training across one day or 6-8 hours of face-to-face training across two days.


COURSE LOCATION:

Delivery of this course takes place at Hallam or Willamstown or on-site at your business by prior arrangement.
