There are 15 days remaining in 2019 and what an incredible year it has been working with many national and international clients helping them to achieve the most from their workforce which provided many reasons to celebrate the year that was.

In an exciting announcement earlier this year we were presented as Richmond Football Club’s first ever VFLW partner ahead of their second season in the state-based competition.

It quickly became a powerful partnership and was evident AIO had aligned itself with a well-respected brand which shared similar values. To learn more about the partnership, click HERE.

I would like to extend my congratulations to the Richmond VFLW team who achieved a finals birth in only their second season. As well as a larger recognition to the whole club for achieving three separate premierships during 2019 (AFL, VFL, and VFWL).

With our ‘all in one’ approach for services which help engineering, manufacturing and maintenance businesses increase workforce efficiency it has been a pleasure to watch each department within AIO achieve it’s own unique achievements.

LABOUR & RECRUITMENT

During November the labour and recruitment department celebrated five years since it first started to make labour hire great again.

Starting from humble beginnings with two full time employees and a part time payroll officer, the department has experienced rapid growth and now employs over 10 motivated staff members including a dedicated Social Media and Marketing specialist.

This year the Victorian Labour Hire Authority introduced a new business licensing scheme and gave labour hire business until 30 October, 2019 to apply for a license and display compliance to workplace laws.

I am proud to say AIO applied under the new scheme well over three months before the deadline on 15 July, 2019.

Additionally, we successfully passed the annual ISO audit which examines the systems and processes established within the business. Our labour and recruitment department are full steam ahead in preparation for re-certification in July of next year.

ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION

The foundation of AIO, the engineering and construction department continues to go from strength to strength every year.

As the leader of the engineering and construction department Barry Pearson is extremely proud of how each team member treats every job with the same level of respect. From a simple storage rack installation job to a major shutdown project, the team treats each one with the utmost importance.

On a daily basis the loyal team could be working on different projects around Victoria, but they have quickly become renowned within the industry for their reliable and trustworthy nature.

What makes Barry most proud is receiving praise from clients after a complete job commenting on the professionalism and dedication of his AIO staff members.

During October of this year, in a big milestone for the department and company, AIO celebrated nine years since the business first started.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Our newest department began in January this year which was an exciting development as it extended our ‘all in one’ services ensuring current as well as future clients can rely on AIO to solve their problems with a one stop approach.

We hope to announce some more exciting developments for this space early in 2020, in the meantime I invite you to view over 20 accredited and non-accredited courses on offer HERE.

We were able to bolster the number of staff employed in the department which also helped in developing a new range of training and education courses released on a refreshed website in recent months.

It has been an incredible year working with so many valuable clients to add unparalleled value, flexibility and support to their businesses.

As you can see it has been a busy year with many reasons to celebrate, but it would not be possible without the wonderful staff we have here at AIO. Thank you to each and every one of you for your commitment and enthusiasm to delivering the highest quality service.
